Analytical Flow Cytometry - FACSCanto II
The Flow Facility is equipped with a 3-laser, 8-paramenter Becton-Dickinson FacsCantoII for analytic flow cytometry. Because of the unique optical bench, the system has a great deal of flexibility in the exact fluorochromes that can be detected.

C6 Configuration: The C6 is arranged in such a way that four detectors all simultaneously measure light scatter. The detector ranges are found in the charts below. BLUE 488 LASER: Measures two scatter parameters: FSC and SSC. Also measures the following stains:
