Preparing for Pregnancy
Of course, it's true that it's important to maintain a healthy lifestyle while you're pregnant, but did you know that it's just as important to make healthy choices before you even try to conceive?
If you have the luxury of planning when you are going to begin trying to conceive, take advantage of it. Start preparing at least three to four months prior by:
- Forming healthy eating habits
- Exercising regularly and eliminating harmful habits including smoking and drinking
- Scheduling a pre-pregnancy checkup as well as regular checkups during your pregnancy
We have everything in place to help ensure that your baby gets a healthy start, and that your childbirth memories are happy ones.
