[...] Dr. McCormick then asked what I recall him calling a "clarifying question". He knows [...] history well and went back through a few points. Recognized it as a teaching moment for resident and he seemed to recognize the nuance of the details. Dr. McCormick then suggested a few mobility and cognitive factors to assess better some of the points we'd been discussing. Getting to tough stage in comfort care but very reassured by doctor's assessment and advice.
