About Me
Dr. Everett earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed a residency at the Mayo Clinic. He has published numerous medical articles on topics such as techniques for treating spinal pain and guidelines for their implementation. Dr. Everett is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is an Associate Professor of Orthopaedics and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at URMC.

Dr. Everett reviewed treatment to date and explained information about my conditions in a way that was easy to understand. He is very knowledgeable about the spine and provided valuable guidance about treatment options. He was attentive and responsive to my concerns answering questions in an easy to understand way. Dr Everett included a discussion of the data from the questionnaire that I completed on the iPad at check-in. This is the first time I felt like the iPad questionnaire actually had some relevance since more often it seems like no one reads the answers I've entered.

I had a problem with my knee when I saw Dr Everett for a a follow up visit for a back problem. He consulted with Dr McDonald while I was there and Dr Everett made sure I got an appointment with her within a week. I have never had a Dr go out of their way for care like this. Dr Everett is a gem of a doctor and exceeded my expectations, not only this time but throughout my care.

Dr. Everett listened well, answered all my questions, and spent time with me in a way that did not feel hurried, as is often the case with many doctors. I felt like he was highly professional and especially empathetic to my needs. More doctors should follow his example.

This provider explained my relevant medical issues better than any medical professional I have ever seen. He also made me feel empowered to make my own decisions about upcoming medical treatments.
