After getting blood test results, Dr Nemetz sent a couple messages on MyChart explaining (in detail) reasons to quit smoking. I am seriously considering quitting smoking now. Kudos to Dr Nemetz. More healthcare providers should use the same tactic.

Dr. Nemetz is wonderful! She is kind, gentle and compassionate. She has been my doctor for over 20 years and knows me very well. I appreciate the time she spends with me. She Immediately follows through with results from blood work and If additional tests or referrals are needed, she takes care of It right away. Nurse Cary is also wonderful! She always takes time to talk to me before checking my blood pressure and I enjoy her sense of humor!

Dr Nemetz did a great job here. She thought my case was a rare presentation of COVID. I had had 20-25 people around me in the 4 days prior and none of them were sick (I'd checked). I figured there was no way. But she was right. I thought she was defaulting to a standard diagnosis, but instead, she was listening, diagnosing quickly, and finding something that was rare instead. I do technical triage in my job too (software engineer) and was impressed by this.
