Really attentive and seemed genuinely interested in me. Asked about my life and had a great small talk and banter which was needed for my provider to give advice and advise how my next visits will go and how they can support and be there for me. They layed out what the future will look like in their care and always asked if I had questions.

My Doc is wonderful! She makes me feel listened to and cared about. She even got excited & genuinely congratulated me on my recent weight loss. She made me feel proud of myself because she was also proud of me.

She listens extremely well and there is always an agreed upon plan of action. When I communicate my thoghts and concerns about my health care,she tells me when she disagrees as well as agrees. I was given a bag of things to collect a stool sample. The only direction I was given was to keep it refrigerated. However, when I took my sample to the lab they threw it out because they couldn't get ahold of me and they needed the date and time of the collection. There was no place on the container label for this information. The lab told me that I was just supposed to write it on the container. It would have been nice to have those directions or have a place on the label for that Info, so that my sample did not have to be thrown out.

Dr. Sette and nurse HaileyMy two daughters always hope they'll have nurse Hailey when they have an appt. She has always been their favorite! She knows how to talk to them and make them feel comfortable. She's very relatable and it puts my girls immediately at ease. Same goes for Dr Sette. Both girls trust her and I know they'll be open and honest with her and share whatever is on their mind.

Dr. Sette was fantastic about listening and spending enough time with me, even though the office was very busy and she is not my primary care doctor. The med tech who took my vitals was also very friendly and both made me feel like a person, not just a patient. Very happy that this is the care my doctor's office provides.

Dr. Sette is my primary and always takes time to listen to me, has direct eye contact, and shows genuine interest in me. She is not just sitting there and entering data into the computer. She engages with me in a warm, friendly manner. I respect her advice and opinions but she also asks me how I feel about decisions being made. Very, very happy to have her as my doctor

Dr. Sette is above and beyond in health care. I always feel like she knows me, I'm not just a patient. I feel she genuinely cares for my good health and takes time to investigate medications that might help. She never seems rushed, she is patient and listens to me. Haley also remembers patients, is patient and kind.
