Dr. Gardner's kindness and attentiveness are great qualities. Out of all the physicians I see, she is the best listener and makes me feel at ease right away. She Is very knowledgeable and helpful. Nurse Micky was great too - very personable and kind and asked how I was doing with a previous medical condition. She is genuinely caring and kind.

Dr. Gardner listens extremely well to my concerns and offers helpful recommendations for obtaining optimal health. She is knowledgeable of my medical history and keeps me on track for needed tests and specialist appointments. She is excellent. I never feel rushed when I see her.

This wellness check was done with the expertise of Dr. Gardner and I felt very comfortable discussing each area of my health concerns. She made it very easy to discuss my concerns and ask any questions and I did get very thorough answers as well. Dr. Gardner made a recommendation for additional testing at a urologist and the staff made the appointment before I left the building!! Hooray! I would highly recommend Dr. Gardner to anyone!

Always a great experience. She takes all the time necessary to go over both our concerns and will often discuss other aspects of our lives, which definitely helps promote the trust and bond which is so necessary to a good doctor patient relationship. Neither the doctor nor the patient should be "just a number."

Dr Gardner understands me. She's great! I'm an "old guy," 70, post-prostatectomy with all the associated side effects. I am used to having a male doctor who Is at least my age or a little younger. At my age everyone under 30 looks like a child. At first I did not think we would be on the same page but I was wrong. She is fantastic!

It's wonderful to have this care center in my neighborhood. [...] Finally my blood pressure in a medical facility is at the same level as my assessment at home. No more "white coat syndrome". I've always received good care from URM at Strong , but this care center and staff members are exceptional.

I feel that Dr. Gardner really listens to me during my appointments. She takes the appropriate amount of time to discuss lab results, medical conditions. I never feel rushed through an appointment. I appreciate her approach to patient care.

I thought the ED team at Highland Hospital was excellent. The doctors, nurses, and staff acted in a very calm and professional manner. They all were friendly, unhurried and considerate of every patient I saw them interact with. One thing I would have liked was for someone there to have contacted my wife to confirm that I got there and they were taking care of me.
