Dr. Kudel always takes extra care to make sure to not just quickly diagnose or prescribe anything etc. She makes every effort to get you or your kids in ASAP, espresso that day if necessary. It's really wonderful. She's always so thoughtful and kind.

I called the office to schedule an appointment for a condition on my left foot that I had been dealing with for about two weeks. I didn't expect to see Dr. Kudel on the same day let alone see her at all. I just figured I'd be seeing a NP. It was wonderful that Dr. Kudel squeezed me into her busy schedule the same day. And I'm so glad that I got checked out. Kudos to everyone at Leroy Medical Associates.

She doesn't try to push medications on me that I dont want in my body such as weight loss pills and anxiety and antidepressants. Also feel comfortable that I can recieve my vaccines there instead of dealing with pharmacy.

Dr. Kudel immediately calmed our worries. When a child is sick, especially when it gets bad very sudden it's easy to worry but she explained exactly what to look out for etc.

She always makes it a team effort to include me in discussions about my health, I appreciate that so much. So many doctors treat you like a third party patient but Dr. Kudel treats you like a friend or family she cares about helping and wants you to feel empowered about your own healthcare.

Dr. Andrea Kudel always demonstrates great empathy and concern during visits. She makes you feel like all your concerns are being heard. This past year, I unfortunately have had more unexpected sick visits for which Dr. Kudel has been very considerate and helpful. I always appreciate her quickly responding to any messages or filling out needed paperwork as well.

This was my first ever visit with a medical student present. I am happy to have students participate in my care, but I think it's always important to ask a patient if they are ok with this. The 15 minutes you spend with your provider may be the only 15 minutes you see a doctor in a year, and that time is crucial. A patient may not feel comfortable disclosing personal information in front of a student they have just met. I was not asked if I was comfortable with having a student present, and I don't think that's appropriate patient care.

While my doctor is nice, pleasant, and upbeat, I always leave feeling as if she doesn't care about me or my health. I've had GP's in the past that I could tell cared and went the extra mile to diagnose, explain, order tests, etc. I switched to Dr.Kudel when I moved to LeRoy but haven't been happy with her care. I always feel like I have to diagnose myself. Is she just young and inexperienced? I feel it's strange that you don't even put on a gown for a physical, or any other visit. I feel as if she really doesn't want to get too close. I think often about switching to another doctor. I want to advocate for myself.

Dr Kudel and her staff are amazing. Never a wait time in the waiting room. Even pre covid the office is super clean. Questions are answered promptly. Refills are done almost immediately. Everyone is friendly. Dr Kudel is incredible!

Dr. Kudel never makes you feel rushed, always takes all of the time you need her to. She is the definition of a family doctor, our whole family of 5 are patients of hers and it's like talking to a friend or family member because she knows each one of her patients so well. She genuinely remembers all of us and little details you'd never expect. There is no questioning how much she cares. We're so happy to have someone like her for us and our children as they grow up.

Dr. Kudel is always so easy to talk to and truly cares about overall well-being Dr. Kudel had her PA student, Angelina, with her and she also deserves special recognition. She was very kind-absolutely wonderful bedside manner, she asked important questions and complemented Dr Kudel's approach to the issue so naturally. She Was very respectful and easy to talk to like Dr. Kudel, and wasn't afraid to get in there and be a part of the appointment to learn all that she could while trying to help!
