Dr. Pillinger practices general endocrinology but has a special interest in Endocrine Ultrasound. He has held Endocrine Certification in Neck Ultrasound (ECNU) since 2013 and is especially interested in thyroid nodules, parathyroid adenomas, and thyroid cancer.

This is the best endocrinologist office I've been to. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the doctor thoroughly listens and provides explanations in a manor which I can understand. I highly recommend Dr. Pillinger and his office staff

My visit with Dr. Pillinger went very well as he reviewed test results with me, provided me with information on my condition, answered my questions and we discussed a plan of care with my input for me going forward. I was very pleased with the visit.

He listened to my many questions and answered them in terms I could understand. He was patient and asked me, at least three times during the visit, if I had any other questions. He was concerned enough about my condition to squeeze me into his already busy schedule, which I really appreciated. I have every confidence about this doctor and the expert care I received.

Dr. Pillinger was very knowledgeable about my medical situation. He was very patient and detailed in explaining my options which resulted in my ultimately having outpatient surgery which proved to be very successful.
