I had a wonderful experience with Maria Lola Castro Jimenez NP this time around and in the past. I honestly wish she was my primary care doctor instead. She is knowledgeable and responds quick making a patient feel cared for and calm in while you are not feeling well. She is not rude and she talks with respect unlike I have experienced with other providers. I'm grateful it was her that took care of me and is taking care of me through this painful experience.

I had initial concerns about having to see someone new but these concerns were quickly alleviated during the visit with her overall service. This visit did not need any improvement. Lola addressed all my concerns and more. She was very compassionate and spent more time with me, as her patient after me had cancelled. She not only discussed my medical needs but had suggestions to assist me in helping to take care of myself,as a caregiver for my spouse who has Alzheimers.

Lola, she is goes above and beyond to help me understand and explain what I have or need to know. She takes the time to give me the information that I need to help myself, to better myself. At my last visit she noticed that something was wrong and she did an anxiety test me and it was very high, she took the time to ask me questions and gave me information so I can help myself as well the information for therapy. I appreciate her very much, she really cares.
