Dr. Enecilla is deeply compassionate and obviously caring. The visit was clearly aimed to help me achieve the highest level of health possible for a 72 year old. At times, the pace of the visit bordered on "rushed," but never did I feel she was inattentive or uninterested.

This was my first time with Dr. Enecilla since my usual doctor, Dr. Algase has retired. I was very happy with Dr. Algase and was very concerned about having a new doctor. Dr. Enecilla was thorough, friendly and helpful with any of my concerns. Of course, it's not the same as with Dr Algase but I feel that I am in very good care with Dr. Enecilla.

Dr Enecilla is a new provider for me as my previous PCP retired. I have a storied and complex medical history which will take some time for Dr. Enecilla to piece together more fully. She's a wonderful doctor who has demonstrated compasssion, empathy, kindness and brilliant knowledge In the short time we have become acquainted. I expect that our future visits will continue to unfold as I hope.

Two main areas of concern: (1) Dr. Enecilla's communication style makes me feel extremely rushed and anxious. (2) Dr. Enecilla was dismissive of a concern that I raised and did not allow for adequate discussion about it.

There are no other PCPs, in the area, who are accepting new patients, and we tried for months to locate an alternative. When our prior PCP, who was exceptional, retired in December, 2022, my husband and I were "assigned" Dr Enecilla. There is no comparison with our prior quality of care.

I am an old man, and as such I am resistant to change. That said, Dr. Enecilla'a practice is significantly different in methodology, tone, and process, from the Olsan Medical Group and Drs. Krasner and before him Witmer. I can and will adjust my thinking to match this newness, excepting that I was somewhat non-plussed at not (at this, our first, our 'getting to know you' appointment) able to address a number of the concerns I came in with. None of these were critical, or even acute, but are concerns to me, and I should like very much to have addressed them. We will, per Dr. Enecilla, address them at my physical exam with her in August, which though satisfactory, strikes me a a bit late in the game to establish my baseline. I narrate this NOT in complaint, only in sharing my experience and how it feels to me. I WILL adjust.

This was an introductory visit as I just transferred to Dr. Enecilla as my new primary care physician. At that visit, she requested that I get an annual physical, since it had been more than two years for me, and we scheduled. I think that the physical could have been combined with this visit to save us both an "extra" appointment.

My internist of over 30 years, Dr. Michael Krasner, is leaving his practice. This was an introductory examination with Dr. Enecilla. It is a challenge to adapt to a new doctor after such a long and trusting relationship with the former. Dr. Enecilla, though, made the visit comfortable.

The provider spend the majority of the appointment interacting with the computer and explaining the computer system to me. I don't care. If you're ordering blood tests, please talk to me about concerns related to the tests, not the notes you need to put in for insurance companies. Having just moved here two weeks ago from MA, this was my first visit to the office. I was very pleased and actually struck by how many issues Dr. Enecilla was able to cover and one reasonably brief visit! I also thought the receptionist/clerk [...] had a distinctly calm kind way of getting us through all the start-up "paperwork".

[...] Make sure doctor's actually listen. It was a new patient visit and it felt rushed. She kept trying to finish my sentences with what she thought I was going to say and it was very frustrating. Sometimes it took me multiple tries to let me finish a thought. She checked my stomach for pain and something felt a little uncomfortable I was thinking about and she took my "uhh" as a "no pain and discomfort " and moved on quickly. It was rushed and I would not trust her to listen to any concerns if I were sick. She also got my history with anxiety completely wrong in my post visit comments. This was a complete waste of an annual doctor's visit to establish care [...]
