received my Master of Science in
Family Nurse Practitioner degree
from Utica College and my
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
degree from Edinboro University.

Philosophy
I believe in treating all of my patients as if they were my
family members. I believe in a shared decision-making
process with my patients to establish goals and take
actions to optimize their health and wellness.
Special Interests
In addition to family medicine, I am interested in the
geriatric population, women’s health and adolescent
health.
On a Personal Note
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family,
long hikes with my 4-year-old German Shepherd
and exercising. I recently found I enjoy refurbishing
furniture with my fiancé and rediscovering the beauty
in antiques.

Landyn has always been helpful as to explaining the ins and outs of her recommendations for certain immunizations and tests that she thought was a good idea. If I did not think some of her suggestions were in line with my way of thinking, we would always discuss my thoughts and hers and come to an agreement that worked for both of us.

Landyn Sprague - This was the first time I saw Landyn, but she had familiarized herself w/my health, she took time to listen to how I was feeling and offered solutions to help with symptoms. I liked her a lot.

Realize that at my age I basically know what type of medical help I need. So when I request a referral to a specialist (especially since I have a medical history with that spec.medical subject), I would like a referral, not a continuation of what I am already doing.Basically a very efficient, caring group.

I would like my doctors to listen and take me seriously. I am young so it seems like most doctors think I cannot have poor health even though I have been diagnosed with chronic illnesses.
