Research Bio
Jeff Harp, MD, has been around the Family Medicine Department forever. He continues to enjoy exploring the confluence of family medicine and family therapy and integrating his religious beliefs into his clinical work.
In past Family Medicine lives, he has been a medical student, resident, chief resident, family systems medicine fellow, Medical Director, Associate Residency Director, and Residency Director.
For the past several years he's enjoyed his trips to deliver rural health care, traveling to Haiti every 18 months with an international medical team which coordinates its work through a network of Haitian churches. He also likes to work with his local church, sing music written before 1700, and hang out with his wife, three sons and one daughter.
