A 1974 graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, Dr. Ching has provided patient care at MI Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, completed residency training in Rochester (Class of 1981), and completed a cornea and external disease fellowship at the University of Iowa.
