Research Bio

My interests are focused on brain tumors in adults and children, and palliative care. I have conducted, and continue to conduct clinical trials for both children and adults with newly diagnosed and recurrent brain tumors. I have conducted a clinical trial through the Children's Oncology Group, and my current studies are local and multiinstitutional investigator-initiated pharmaceutical-sponsored trials. I also have written review articles and chapters on brain tumors and palliative care, and conducted retrospective studies related to palliative care for children with cancer.
