Dr. Ross is a Clinical Associate Professor in the University of Rochester Department of Ophthalmology, Flaum Eye institute. He has been practicing in Geneva, New York since 1977 and joined the Flaum Eye Institute when his practice was acquired in 2013. As a comprehensive ophthalmologist, Dr. Ross provides medical and surgical treatment for all common eye conditions including cataract, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, ocular surface disease, and refractive error. He enjoys serving a diverse patient population in his practice located in the Finger Lakes community of Geneva. Dr. Ross is involved with teaching residents and medical students.

Dr. Ross completed his medical training at New York Medical College, Vahalla and his residency in Ophthalmology at St Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center of New York. He has appointments at Strong Memorial Hospital, Geneva General Hospital and Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Penn Yan, New York. He is American Board Certified in Ophthalmology, a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is actively involved with several New York State Medical Associations.
