Professional Background
She is the Associate Program Director of the Med-Peds program at URMC and a primary care provider at the Culver Medical Group, the Med-Peds continuity clinic. She has also worked closely with the homeless population in Rochester, NY as well as victims of torture in the state of New York.
Her professional interests include health equity, education, curriculum development and mentorship. Outside of work she loves to hike, rock climb, do yoga, dance and read.

If I could tell about any provider it would have been Dr. Brett Robbins. He was my doc for many years and I was not happy with Dr. Ray in the beginning. Nothing to do with her, I was biased towards my old doc. HOWEVER, Dr. Anita Ray has shown herself as a very good and considerate doc to my needs. She has done extremely well by me in the time she has been my doc.
