"My goal as an experienced ENT specialist is for my patients to have the best quality of care, the resolution they're looking for and to leave knowing what is going on and what needs to be done to achieve their objectives. Ultimately, I know that, as a physician, I'm here for my patients. It isn't the other way around. People need doctors. People need care... and that care needs to be appropriate and effective. For me, this means always putting each person's individual needs first and then committing all my training, skill, knowledge, resources and heartfelt best into helping them. Dr. DeCicco is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain things, and answer questions. He has a very caring manner about him, which made me feel like my situation was important, and I was not just another "number". I think he is an extraordinary Doctor.

Lack of treating the pt, indifference to being sick for 4 months. Telling me I probably had a virus but refusing to do viral testing or allergy testing. I recently moved to [...] and live in a very old home. Dust mites could be the problem but he gave me no time to speak. [...]

Dr. DeCicco gives the illusion of listening to you. But, he talks so much and so fast that, in the end you realize, he hasn't really provided any suggestions or help. He is hyper and his speech seems nervous and pressured. [...] He spat out so much information that, in the end, left me with no help. His goal seems to spew out general information, while at the same time dismissing the patient's concerns. [...]

Very friendly doctor. However, seems somewhat dismissive of symptoms and has no definitive answers for what the issue is, may be a result of, or be exacerbated by.

This provider's office is now 50 miles from my home. He has treated me in the past, but although I have since moved, I chose to make the drive to have him see and evaluate my current situation and concerns. I have that much respect and faith in him, his treatment, concern, willingness to listen, and bedside manner!

Dr. DeCicco is the best! He did my sinus surgery in Sept. 2021 and this was my post-op visit. Everything was fine. He remembered everything about me, too! It was definitely worth the trip to Geneva to have him as my ENT physician. I will highly recommend him to family and friends who need an ENT doctor.
