We appreciate this provider's gentleness and yet directness. She shows respect to both patient and family and keeps a positive attitude, even when sharing concerning progressions of dementia. She takes her time and listens carefully. While the appt was late, we are more than willing to wait as we appreciate the authentic and professional care provided.
