Sample Submission

For Sample Drop-off

  1. Print out the Sample Drop-off Requisition Form.
  2. Enter an account number for billing.
  3. Obtain an Authorizing Signature.
  4. Deliver samples directly to KMRB G-9828.
  5. Submit the signed Req form to the Staff.

Note: Sample drop-off forms are also available in the core lab.

Requirements for Customer Samples

All customers are required to submit their samples for digestion in Eppendorf's Protein Lobind tubes. Please follow the sample preparation guidelines when bringing samples to the facility.

Please do not use colored tips or tubes at any point in your sample preparation. Recommended tubes and tips:
