Hospital Gift Shop
The Gift Shop is the perfect place to find heartwarming gifts for staff, patients, loved ones, friends, or coworkers. 312 Requisitions are always accepted, and gift cards are now available to purchase in any denomination from $5.00 to $250.00.
The Cloverkey Loyalty Program allows you to earn points from every purchase and use them like cash—at any Cloverkey location. Signing up gets you access to double point days, seasonal specials, and a gift on your birthday. Simply visit the gift shop and ask to be added to the program at check out. As always, shopping at the gift shop will continue to support Friends of Strong and their patient- and family-centered care initiatives throughout the University of Rochester Medical Center.

Can’t make it to the hospital or unable to stop by the Gift Shop? We’re happy to offer free delivery to a patient anywhere within Strong during the Gift Shop’s normal business hours.

The Friends of Strong Gift Shop by Cloverkey is conveniently located in the main lobby of Strong Memorial Hospital, just beyond the information desk. Staff members are available to help you anytime during store hours.
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
