She's very knowledgeable, and shows real interest in my condition and history. Very good at explaining cardiology questions. She doesn't "talk down" when I ask questions. Open minded about approaches to my condition. Keeps in good touch with my primary physician. A++ grade

The conversations we had were mostly good. [...], it's quite rushed. For example, I had one more question that I really would have liked to ask, but I was in a hurry to get all questions out and I forgot that one. I don't feel like I will get that answered for the next 3-4 months (until my next appointment) and it's about what to do in an emergency that could happen with my condition, so that seems like not a great situation. During the prior visit Dr. Schallek was easy to talk to and understanding of the things I explained. I appreciated the time she took with me to listen and explain. (I was very lucky to get an appt. so quickly because there was a cancellation) Dr. Schallek took time with me to explain my condition and to explore treatment options. I felt confident that she was approaching my treatment from an approach of best practice.
