I have been Dr. Ferris' patient since she first started to practice. During this visit she became angry/annoyed with me because I am back on a keto diet which I was on in 2019 and lost 63 lbs and my blood tests were stellar. She was all for it back then. This time she pushed the diabetic diet and was visably angry that I would not do it. Keto works for me and it is my preference. [...] Her entire attitude was defensive to anything I said, constantly correcting me and I was ready to walk out. I am not looking for another doctor after more than 30 years. I will not be treated like a dummy who can not make he own choice. She backed me on the keto diet before now her tune has changed and I don't like going to the doctor and being challenged by everything I say. It's unprofessional and personal hurtful, especially after all this time. [...] I am so disappointed with her.

Dr. Ferris has always exceeded our expectations with appointments for our children. She takes her time and answers questions for us, and at our most recent appointment, consoled myself (parent of patient) following the loss of [...] at 22 weeks which had occurred less than two weeks prior to the appointment. The level of compassion and empathy she provided to us during that appointment was beyond exceptional, and we can't thank her enough for sharing that experience with us.

I felt so sick when I went to the office. But knowing I'd be with people I respect and trust was highly reassuring. When I called the next morning with a question about how to judge if and when I should change my insulin dose Dr. Ferris called me back herself! When it was determined through urinalysis that I did, indeed, have a UTI, Paula called me to let me know the results and that an antibiotic had been called into my pharmacy. I just couldn't ask for better care.
