Dr. Moore was new to me. My regular doctor is Dr. Lishan Walker. She was not available and I needed immediate attention. Dr. Moore was exceptional. I had taken a bad fall and came in to have my body checked. She was thorough and ordered an Xray of my nose. She advised me to limit screen time and stay quiet for 3-4 days in case I had a concussion. I was very pleased with her! Thank you, Dr. Moore. The only thing I would have appreciated is a follow up phone call, but I know doctors are very busy.

I continue to be so grateful for my doctor. I truly feel like I receive individual care, that when she sits with me, it's my time, she is communicating with me in an individual basis considering how I personally take in information, how things impact me and how my anxiety iplays a part. She is sensitive to these things. Eve though I have high anxiety concerning my health she still listens to my concerns never minimizes and takes time to truly explain things to me. I feel really blessed to have been connected with Dr. Moore. The whole office visit is so smooth from check in, to the nurses taking blood pressure and other pre- information. All the staff is very kind and present!

Not make someone who is feeling ill also feel like they shouldn't go to a doctor. I was treated like it was a Sci-Fi movie. Back door entrance, minimal interaction, placed in a room smelling of bleach, doctor gowned up for who knows what. It was ridiculous and very uncomfortable.

Dr. Moore is always very kind and patient and willing to hear about other concerns during a visit. She prescribed me a medication that helped my problem almost immediately and was willing to find me alternative options if the ones given were not affordable. Also all the nurses here are always great! I never feel like I'm being an inconvenience.

Pay Dr. Moore enough to keep her in her present position. That is merely a selfish hope on my part as she is the best doctor that I have had. Her qualities on constant display are her intelligence, knowledge, and commitment to the degree of care which she provides. As a small example, not long ago I complained of a partial loss of hearing in my right ear. After examination, instead of just recommending an ear wax remover, she flushed the ear out (a messy job) which took a good deal of time. I do not believe that my prior doctors would have done that.

Dr. Moore is an exceptional physician and I feel very thankful to have her as my doctor. She is very knowledgeable, genuine, kind, and full of empathy for whatever stresses you are going through. She Is also sensitive to the costs of medications and other things that can be stressful for a patient and often has suggestions to help with expenses. I have full confidence in the care I receive from her and she truly is someone who consistently demonstrates the best qualities you could hope for in your doctor. I am very lucky to have met her.

Dr. Moore always listens carefully and doesn't project her own experience onto mine. I can rely on her for good treatment and advice when needed. The person who checked me out after my appointment (I don't recall her name) was friendly, made sure to ask if I would prefer a printed copy of my AVS instead of assuming since I have MyChart, and gave clear instructions on what to do for my referrals. I really appreciated that she didn't make any assumptions about what I needed or didn't need before I left the office.

Dr. Moore. She thoroughly examined my skin condition, took photos and later forwarded the information to URMC Dermatology Dept for review. Dermatology provided treatment recommendations that evening. Dr. Moore ordered the recommended prescriptions first thing the following morning and communicated her recommendations to me.
