Patient Comments
While all the North Ponds staff are excellent, Ms Kelsey Hynes and Dr Hursey in particular deserve recognition for their caring and kind approach during the appointment. I feel that they hear my concerns and understand why I'm concerned. Then together we figure out what the next steps are, if any. In this particular case, my symptoms went away on their own after my appointment, in which Ms Hynes could find no infection or other issue. I think the pains I experienced were a "new" stress symptom I hadn't felt before.

Most of the time I see Dr. Hoilette, when Dr. Hoilette is not available Kelsey is one of the other professionals I see. I'm never disappointed and want you to know how much I appreciate their care. This particular appointment was a difficult one, and Kelsey reassured me and Helped me so very much.

My guess is the steps Kelsey Hynes took sending me for STAT x-rays probably saved my life. My left lung was full of fluid and she directed me to go to the hospital immediately.

Kelsey is by far the best provider I have ever experienced in my life. Honestly she is the reason that I stay at the office. She always is fully dedicated with showing professionalism, care, understanding, and concern to truly rectify the issue at hand. Kelsey is a major asset to the office. I'm not just speaking for myself either, my mother also sees her and feels the same way that I do. Kelsey is 100% dedication and heart. Dr. Kelsey Hynes and Gloribee at the checkout desk. Dr. Hynes is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She is aware of my personal history and took time to address my anxiety about my visit. Gloribee is so sweet and delightful. Her disposition always puts a smile on my face even after a stressful appointment.

Kelsey Hynes and Dr Leesha Hoilette have been an exceptional support to me since transferring to this office. They have helped me navigate new health situations and have persevered through stubborn symptoms that have not been easily resolved. I've never felt that I've had to beg for help from them. I feel like my physical was more of a conversation than a check up. There was not a lot of physical examination that happened and I am not sure how some of the results she put in MyChart were possible being she did not see those parts of my body.

Kelsey Hynes is by far my favorite Provider. She is so personable, compassionate and truly cares. I was able to confide in her about a troubling time I've been going through and she made our time feel purposeful, and never rushed. She ordered lab work and followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate her beyond belief. Wonderful person and professional.

Kelsey Hynes and the shadowing student (I believe her last name was Dirks) were wonderful, easy to talk to and sympathetic to my problems. They were always concerned for my well being and asked if I had any other concerns other than the one I had the appointment for. I really appreciated that as I did have one or two more areas of concerns that then they addressed.
