Special recognition goes to Dr. Wilhelm who answered all of my many questions. He thoroughly explained my rotator cuff surgery as well as the other surgical procedures that he performed on the day of my surgery. He is very generous with his time, and he does not try to hurry through the appointment. Special recognition also goes to his nurse Tiffany and to receptionists Chrissie, Allison, Trish, and Karlee.

Special recognition should go to nurse Tiffany, to my physician assistant Mariah Rittwage, and to Dr. Andrew Wilhelm. I spoke with Mariah and Dr. Wilhelm about the pain that I am experiencing in my right shoulder. Mariah and Dr. Wilhelm answered the questions that I asked. I then decided to go ahead with surgery to repair my torn rotator cuff. My surgery is scheduled for [...] 2023. I have every confidence that with Mariah and Dr. Wilhelm as my medical advisors, my surgery will be successful and I will have a positive physical therapy experience.

Both providers that came in to see me was very polite. They listened to my problems with my foot and ankle and was able to give me advice and refer me to a specialist in Rochester that would be able to help address my my problems. They both are great providers and will definitely go back to them and refer them to friends and family.

Dr. Mariah was wonderful at explaining things to [...] at his level (8yro). Dr. Wilhelm listened and answered to all 10 questions [...] brought to his appointment in regards to his broken wrist. Both providers showed genuine interest in [...] and his interest to keep him comfortable in a rather uncomfortable circumstance.

So far I have only had my initial consult on Thursday, [...] which was very thorough. The timeline of events was quicker than I expected but Dr. Wilhelm explained in detail why it is expedited. Will have a MRI on Monday, [...] and surgery is scheduled for Tuesday, [...]. Kim has already scheduled my follow up visit at St. James and coordinated with [...] Rehabilitation Dept in [...] (where I live) and they contacted me so I have already set up my PT EVALUATION.
