HUMAN SUBJECT PROTECTION PROGRAM: INVESTIGATOR TRAINING MANUAL (HSPP). Valid through May 31, 2010. This manual is intended to aid researchers in understanding the regulatory requirements and ethical principles upon which they are based. The manual will also identify issues that require sensitivity when designing or conducting human research studies.
