Purchasing Parking Passes and Validation Stickers

Parking passes and validation stickers* are available at:

• Automated Pay Stations: For faster service when exiting, pay stations are located in the lobby, ground floor, and Eastman Dental Center lobby. The Automated Pay Stations can accept cash, credit card, or validation ticket.
• The Cashier's Office: It is located on the ground level Room G-1405 and is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Saturdays 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. For more information call (585) 275-4681.
• Ramp Garage Office: Phone number is (585) 273-4226; hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m.–8:00 p.m.; Sat/Sun/Holidays, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Medical Center Parking Office: (585) 275-4524; hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Take your ticket with you when entering the hospital.

*Please note: Bone Marrow Transplant patients and parents of pediatric patients may purchase double the maximum number of validation stickers at a special rate upon presentation of SMH admission paperwork to the Cashier's Office only.
