May 7 to June 21, 2013, Walmart and Sam's Club Balloon Campaign, Purchase a paper balloon to support Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
May 24 to 27, 2013, Roc City Rib Fest, Lake Ontario Beach Park, The barbeque and music festival hosts more than 100 professional barbequers from across the country who compete to win a portion of more than $22,000 in prizes. $1 of every paid entry goes to Golisano Children's Hospital.

June 1, 2013, Stroll for Strong Kids Walk and 5k Run, Genesee Valley Park, 1000 East River Road, The 5k race will begin at 8:30 a.m., followed by the Stroll walk at 10:30 a.m. The event will continue until 1:00 p.m. with family-friendly activities, including over a dozen bounce houses, carnival games, photo booths, and much more! Register for the event, create a team, and fundraise on the Stroll for Strong Kids registration site!
June 2, 2013, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals Telethon, News10NBC, This annual Telethon will air from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6:30 to 11:30 p.m. For the last 30 years, children and families touched by Golisano Children's Hospital have come together to share their remarkable stories. Cheer on the hospital's biggest supporters and miraculous children! The event is presented by Tops Friendly Markets and hosted by News10NBC.

June 8, 2013, Ali-Gaiters Clambake, Honeoye Falls Firemen's Training Grounds, The 10th annual clambake will take place from 2 to 7 p.m. Attendees will enjoy clams, pulled pork, hot dogs, salads, desserts, and drinks. There will also be live music, raffles, bounce houses, costume characters, and pony rides. When on sale, tickets will be $25 in advance and $30 at the door. For its 6th year in a row, the Chesire A/V event will raise funds for the Kirch Center at Golisano Children’s Hospital. Aug. 3, 2013, Kids with Cancer Run/Fun Day, Big Flats American Legion, Olcott Road South, Registration for the 5K walk/run starts at 8:30 a.m., with the walk beginning at 9:45 a.m. and the run at 10 a.m. A children's parade will also begin at 10 a.m. Activities include face painting, a hula hoop toss, temporary tattoos, a duck pond, and more!
