- Down Syndrome Information Network of the Twin Tiers provides education and support to families in the Southern Tier of New York State.

- Down Syndrome Online Organization offers comprehensive information about Down Syndrome, including articles, books, and scientific papers
- National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) offers research, policy, and legislative information to support individuals with Down Syndrome and other intellectual disabilities and their families. Resources address health, development, and education issues and are available in English and Spanish.
