National Resources

  • Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) Center for Excellence provides program information and resources about Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders, which includes Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, fetal alcohol effects, alcohol-related neurodevelopmental disorder (ARND), and alcohol-related birth defects. The center is part of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
