Haggerty-Friedman Psychosocial Fund for Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics

The fund supports a variety of research training opportunities for medical students, residents, and fellows on site at the University of Rochester:

• Year Out Program for University of Rochester medical students to have a mentored research experience in a topic related to Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics
  • Interested students apply through Adrienne_morgan@urmc.rochester.edu for year out status. The student project developed in collaboration with a research mentor will be submitted to the Haggerty Friedman Fund for review.
• Haggerty Friedman Summer Scholar Program for current and accepted medical students at the University of Rochester and elsewhere for a mentored clinical research experience in a topic related to Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics
  • Interested students, residents, or fellows may complete the online application form. Students must be accepted into the Strong Children’s Research Center Summer Scholar program to be eligible.
