How Do I Schedule an Initial Evaluation?
Evaluations can be scheduled by calling our main phone line (585) 275-2986.
Our administrative staff will gather basic information including your child’s name, date of birth, address, contact information, and insurance. We accept all types of insurance including Medicaid. Some insurance may require a referral from your child’s physician. We also see children without insurance and can assist families in obtaining insurance coverage, if that is needed.
After basic information is gathered, an Intake Coordinator will contact you for an Intake Interview. At that time the Intake Coordinator will determine whether a Kirch Center evaluation is the best type of service for your child and, if so, will determine the type of evaluation that is needed.
