From the Director

Eastman DentalWe are delighted to announce we have completed the major renovations we started two years ago! We've undergone dramatic physical and operational changes to improve access, provide better quality care, and reduce wait times.

We've added treatment rooms to our downtown and Elmwood Ave. sites, replaced aging equipment, incorporated new technology, increased training and continue to improve customer service. We are carefully tracking our progress in many different areas to ensure success and patient satisfaction. So far, I'm happy to report our efforts are paying off. The number of compliments we receive increases more each month.

On behalf of the entire EIOH community, may I extend a very special thanks to Jack W. Howitt, AB, DDS (BA '56, Pedo '62) for his generous gift and commitment to our patients. He has provided one of the largest gifts to date, thus establishing the newly named Howitt Urgent Dental Care.

The search for the next director is well underway, with several candidates interviewing and making presentations. In the meantime, I will continue to serve as director until a new director is appointed.
