Favorite Thing To Do in Rochester: The Rochester community has been exceptionally welcoming to me and my family. Our neighbors all came over within the first few days to introduce themselves and offer a helping hand. One set of neighbors, a grandparently couple, offered any of their tools and supplies for yardwork and told us they'd be glad to share stories of the families that had previously owned our home in the last 50 years! And coming from Texas, all I can say is that I'm reminded of the beauty of the earth and landscape much more frequently here than in Dallas

Special Projects I Am Working On: Currently involved in cardiology research, specifically regarding prenatal counseling and pregnancy termination rates over time after prenatal diagnosis of HLHS and single ventricle cardiac defects.

One Word To Describe Me: Sarcastic. I am a laid back person and find that sarcasm is a humorous way of giving an optimistic perspective to a difficult situation.

Special Projects I Am Working On: Research on a case study regarding the impact of current and future health care policy changes that prevent illegal immigrants from having access to medical care, and its impact on local resources.

Favorite Thing To Do in Rochester: Exploring! There is so much to do in and aroud Rochester. The commute time is a non-issue; everything is so convenient.
