- Three weeks (part-time) Eating Disorders Clinic
- Three weeks (part-time) ECT
- Office-based Practice: 2 hours/week for 5 months
- Call requirements: 4 calls per month

PGY-3 Clinics
For twelve months:
- Adult Ambulatory Office-based Practice (3 half-days/week)
- Long-Term Care Clinic and Seminar (Strong Ties) including the RPC Steve Schwarzkopf Community Mental Health Center (1 1/2 days/week)
- Consultation Clinics: Perinatal Clinic (1 half day/month) and Mental Health Services at the Hall of Justice (1/2 day/week)
For six months:
- Socio-Legal Practicum and Seminar (July-December) (1/2 day/week)
- Elective Clinic (January-June) (1/2 day/week) Examples: PTSD Clinic at the VA, Deaf Wellness Clinic, Child Outpatient Clinic, University Counseling Center)
- Call requirements: 3 calls per month

For twelve months, the PGY-4 resident's schedule is largely elective. Five hours of office-based practice is required and there are two independent shifts in CPEP.
