Call Schedule for Residents

First-year residents do not take overnight call.

A night float work schedule is shared among second, third and fourth-year residents. Fourth-year residents have night float responsibilities during the first six months of their final year of training, but are excused from night float during the last six months to allow for oral board preparation during 2010, 2011 and 2012. In 2013 and after, the night float system will be modified to accommodate the new ABR exam format.

Fellows participate in emergency, cross-sectional, vascular/interventional, and neuroradiology evening, holiday and weekend assignments.
