Imaging Sciences (Radiology) Fellowship Programs

Pediatric Radiology Fellowship Program

Welcome from the Program Director

I would like to welcome prospective candidates to the University of Rochester Department of Imaging Sciences Pediatric Radiology Fellowship Training Program. The Pediatric Radiology fellowship is a one year ACGME accredited fellowship that provides specialized training in all imaging of infants and children. Plain film interpretation, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, and ultrasound are stressed, and there is a high volume of neonatal and oncology work.  Teaching and research opportunities are available, and close association with pediatric colleagues will allow fellows to develop expertise in consultative abilities.

Our Pediatric Radiology section includes six attending radiologists and one physician assistant, all dedicated to the advancement of pediatric radiology.  And, we are very excited about the anticipated July 2015 opening of the Golisano Children’s Hospital, which will further our mission.

One position is available per year.  For more information about the Pediatric Radiology fellowship program, please contact our fellowship coordinator, Julie Bissonnette.
