Imaging Sciences (Radiology) Fellowship Programs

Vascular and Interventional Fellowship Program

Welcome from the Program Director

I would like to welcome prospective candidates to the University of Rochester Department of Imaging Sciences Vascular and Interventional Fellowship Training Program. The Vascular and Interventional fellowship is a one year accredited fellowship that gives fellows experience in all aspects of vascular imaging and vascular and non-vascular interventional radiology.  With over 6000 examinations performed annually, fellows will develop technical skills for these procedures and assume progressive responsibility for the clinical service.  During the fellowship year, rotations are done at URMC, Highland Hospital, Thompson Health, and Science Park, and participation in resident teaching and research are expected.

Our section includes eight attending radiologists and one physician assistant who are committed to outstanding patient care.  And, we are excited about the expansion planned for our section at URMC.

Two positions are available per year.  For more information about the Vascular and Interventional fellowship program, please contact our fellowship coordinator, Julie Bissonnette.
