Welcome to the Schor Lab
The laboratory of Dr. Nina F. Schor is focused on the preclinical pharmacology of targeted therapies for neuroblastoma, a deadly childhood cancer. Of particular interest is the role of neurotrophin receptors and their interactors in resistance to chemotherapy of neuroblastoma cells and in redox regulation in the normal and neoplastic neural crest. The laboratory is currently funded by the William H. Eilinger Endowment of Golisano Children’s Hospital of URMC and the Crosby Wilmot Fund for Pediatric Cancer Research.
