Support Services

All support services are to be made through the Conference & Events Coordinator:

• Housekeeping support
• Coordination of rental items
• Media/AV needs
• Parking
• Shuttle
• Catering assistance
• Hotel assistance

Parking

The Conference Center Parking Lot (MRB) contains approximately 55 spaces that may be reserved for meetings and events in the Conference Center. Unless otherwise specified, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow is directed to either Lot 3 or the Ramp Garage.
