Usage Fees
Rental fees are based on the actual space utilized for any given activity. The fee structure reflects the Medical Center's out-of-pocket expenses, as well as certain administrative and fixed costs associated with the facilities.
- Internal University reservations (more than 80% of attendees are Medical Center affiliated) are NOT subject to any room rental fees.
- University-sponsored reservations (less than 80% of attendees are Medical Center affiliated) are subject to discounted rental fees.
- External use reservations are subject to full rental rates.
