RPRC Core Leaders are appointed to the Pediatric and Adult Clinical Cores, Pathogen Surveillance, Microbiomics, Genomics, Immunology, and Data Management and Statistic Cores. The cores are integrated using project management methodologies to ensure a cohesive and high functioning research center.
The RPRC seeks to foster collaboration with affiliates to provide a center of excellence is respiratory research.
RPRC Project Leaders design, conduct, and analyze translational and clinical research projects on viral respiratory pathogens, including influenza viruses, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), human coronaviruses, parainfluenza viruses, and rhinoviruses, as well as emerging and re-emerging viral respiratory pathogens and other pathogens.
