Departmental Fellows

There are several types of trainees at SMD who are known as "fellows," including fellows in ACGME-accredited training programs, Departmental fellows, and postdoctoral (research) fellows and associates. Departmental Fellows who will have a clinical practice apart from their training program must complete the application for independent practice. They also are given secondary appointments as faculty members, typically as Instructor or Senior Instructor.
