Patient Care

Highland Cardiology at Red Creek Reopens

Aug. 3, 2026

Highland Cardiology at Red Creek, located at 600 Red Creek Drive, reopened today after restoration and repair work following a fire that temporarily closed the practice in May. During the closure, teams from Highland Hospital, Highland Family Medicine, and University of Rochester Medicine came together to ensure patients continued to receive care and to support the practice’s transition back to Red Creek. Support included coordinating fire response and reconstruction efforts; relocating equipment and supplies; providing temporary clinical and office space; supporting patient care operations; coordinating communications; and assisting with technology, infection prevention, and administrative needs.

Patients with appointments can return to our office for their scheduled visits. The office's main phone line, (585) 341-6780, is available for scheduling, questions, and patient support.

"Our team is excited to return to Red Creek and resume caring for patients in our community," said Jason Pacos, M.D., chief of cardiology at Highland Hospital. "I'm grateful to our patients for their patience and understanding throughout this temporary closure and proud of our entire Highland team, whose dedication ensured uninterrupted cardiovascular care while we prepared to safely reopen."

This effort exemplifies the Highland community coming together to support one another and provide exceptional care. We are grateful for the commitment shown throughout this process and look forward to continuing to serve our patients at the Red Creek location.
