Rochester Regional Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders (RRCASD)
The Rochester Regional Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders provides community education and technical assistance to professionals, caregivers and individuals affected by an autism spectrum disorder within our 17-county region within Central/Western New York State.
Community Consultation Program
University of Rochester's Community Consultation Program Provides evidence-based technical assistance and training to school teams and others who are working with children with disabilities and/or behavioral challenges. This is a program of the Division of Neurodevelopmental and Behavioral Pediatrics.
Wellness and Rehabilitation Institute
The wellness and rehabilitation institute offers physical therapy, speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, art therapy, kids clubs, a language and literacy clinic, and music therapy. Services are provided by Nazareth students and low cost to families.
Learning Disabilities Association
LDA – Life and Learning Services is a non-profit agency helping individuals with learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), and other developmental disabilities seek personal success in school, work, relationships, and independent living (585) 263-3323
PERL -Parent Educator Resource Library
The Parent – Educator Resource Library connects families and educators with the information they need to help students. They provide a selection of books, videos, audiotapes, newsletters and articles for parents of students with disabilities, as well as general education information
EnCompass Resources for Learning is a not-for-profit organization that provides innovative educational services to students who struggle to learn and to the families, schools and professionals that support them. These services are matched to each student's unique learning style in order to achieve success and enhance lifelong learning.
Daystar for Medically Fragile Children
Daystar for Medically Fragile Children is New York State’s only pediatric day-respite program designed specifically to meet the needs of families with children as young as six months through age five who are coping with serious medical conditions and developmental complexities
