Giving to Golisano Children's Hospital
Hospital Design Puts Children and Families First
The new Golisano Children’s Hospital, currently under construction on the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) campus, will provide our region’s children and their families the best possible environment for healing, designed to support their unique needs. The most exciting features of the new building are the many spaces planned for gathering, playing, resting and finding respite. When the new $145-million building opens in 2015, it will be attached to the medical center and Strong Memorial Hospital and will have eight floors and approximately 245,000 square feet of space.
To learn more about how you can help Golisano Children's Hospital help kids, visit our calendar of community events or check out our wish list. We also invite you to consider making a gift to improve care, to help find cures or to help educate our children’s future doctors.
Faculty and staff of the University of Rochester can support the new hospital through One Rochester.
