Aute Inpatient Rehabilitation Program

We offer a comfortable 20-bed unit, with both single and double rooms to provide 24-hour care within Strong Memorial Hospital. We have up-to-date therapeutic facilities and equipment, including a therapy gym and a furnished "living skills" apartment. We even have a car to practice getting into and out of. Our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Spinal Cord and Stroke Systems of Care are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), the agency responsible for setting the standards for the delivery of superior rehabilitative care. We are the only CARF-accredited Spinal Cord System of Care in the Rochester, NY nine-county region.
