Mary Kate Gedro has served as Staff Orthotist at the University of Rochester Medical Center since 1997. She received her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. Ms. Gedro completed her Orthotic post-graduate education at the Newington Certificate Program in Newington, Connecticut and completed her Orthotic residency at Connecticut Children's Medical Center. Ms. Gedro is certified by the American Board of Certified Orthotists and is a member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists and the Association of Children's Prosthetic-Orthotic Clinics. |

Mr. William Gruhn is a Physician Assistant in the Spine Center at URMC. He received a Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies from D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY. He is also trained in general orthopaedics, having previously provided care at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY. Mr. Gruhn is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. In addition to a certification as a Physician Assistant, he is also a registered Radiologic Technologist. |

Ms. Horst is a Nurse Practitioner in the Spine Center at URMC. She received her Master's of Science in Cardiopulmonary Nursing and a post Master's degree in the Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Rochester School of Nursing. Ms. Horst is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau and National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses. She holds certification in critical care nursing and as an acute care nurse practitioner. |
