July 23-25 Garage Sale Benefits Wilmot Cancer Center Brain Tumor Research
There will be a large garage sale to support brain tumor research at the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, July 23-25. The sale will be at 599 Lexington Drive, near Route 31 in Macedon.
There will be a huge selection of household and craft items, including quilts and jewelry. The event is being held by Bridget Blanchard, in memory of her husband, Al Blanchard, who died from a brain tumor. Each year, more than 186,000 people are diagnosed with a brain tumor in the United States.
